Currently pets are only permitted in Tower 1 and 3, to a max of 50 lbs, with a monthly fee of $20/month for cats and $35/month for dogs. You must receive approval from the Building Manager and complete a PooPrints DNA assessment.

Central Parc offers secured, underground parking for vehicles and bikes. A parking stall can be added to your suite for an additional monthly fee of $150 for regular space or $200 for an electrical vehicle stall.
